E-Solo Launched
We consider that we are the first company in the UK to develop a complete accounting and administration software solution for the contract market, enabling individuals with no accounting experience whatsoever to confidently take control of their own business affairs.
The software called e-solo is accessed through our website. You will no longer require the weekly or monthly services of a third party service provider or accountant, thereby making significant annual savings in fees.
In the absence of a third party service provider you will remove all parties from the risk of the Governments debt provisions under the Managed Service Company Legislation, which impacts on Agencies and Hirers from 6th January 2008.
Within the cost of e-solo software we have included a legal expense policy underwritten by Qdos Broker & Underwriting Service Ltd on behalf of AXA Insurance that protects the worker, the agency and the hirer from unbudgeted legal and accountancy costs that could occur as a result of a tax, NIC or VAT enquiry or dispute instigated by HMRC.
All parties in the contractual chain will be named insured(s) on the policy document and each party will receive their own copy of the documentation.
Hirers and Agencies will also be delighted to find that they are protected against the legal costs in the event that a worker seeks to enforce employment rights and attempts to bring a claim against them in an employment tribunal.
